Vitamin B6, also called pyridoxine, is a water soluble vitamin from the B-Complex. It is needed for cysteine, homocysteine, protein and glycogen metabolism, immunity, hormonal activity, a healthy nervous system and psychological health, red blood cell formation, and normal hormonal activity.

Adults 17 or more years of age: 1 capsule daily or as directed.
