Omega 3 fatty Acids are essential fatty acids, which is to say we have to consume them because the body can't make them. Omega 3 fatty acids are mostly found in fish. Since the ratio of Omega 6 and Omega 3 fatty acids is crucial, and since most of us tend to eat more meat than fish, we tend to have an imbalance between Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids in our diet, which makes supplementing Omega 3s important.
Each of our capsules contains 630 mg Omega 3 fatty acids, of which 400 mg EPA and 200 mg DHA.
