Proteins are made from amino acids. The body can build some of these amino acids itself, while others have to be consumed with food and are therefore called "essential". This product is a blend of all essential amino acids in the physiological ratio as set forth by the WHO.

Dosage
Adults and children 12 or more years of age: 6 capsules daily or as directed.
